Job Description

We’re hiring a Restaurant Manager to join our team! As a key member of the management team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Manage and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality and addressing customer complaints
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
