Job Description
If you have a desire for managing human resources and processes, we would like to learn more about your professional experience as an HR Executive. The ideal person should be highly organized and self-driven with attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide effective and dedicated HR support to employees and management
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries and requests
- Administration of employee benefits and related paperwork such as work permit applications
- Coordinate employee orientation, development, and training;
- Maintaining and updating personnel records
- Any other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- A minimum 1-year experience work in HR field in Malta
- Good knowledge of Maltese Employment Law and HR systems
- Solid communication skills Excellent command of written and spoken English, knowledge of Maltese language will be considered as an asset
